Company History
Royal Building Maintenance & Services, Inc. (RBMSI) began as a dream by their founding officer and President, Mr. Mateo C. Andeza. With the able support from his wife, Mrs. Corazon C. Andeza, they were able to realize the dream in 1986.
Like any mighty lion, which came from a helpless cubs, RBMSI had their humble beginnings. However, what sets them apart from other enterprise, which started out small, was that they wee bound for success right from its inception. They have a vision, they have the drive, they have the will to succeed and to become a cut above the rest by integrating the element of human value in every decision they make.
It was never a paved road for RBMSI. Their thirty years has been bombarded with problems and turmoil’s from financial shortcomings down to professional piracy. Just like any winners, they never surrendered to hardships. Rather, the trials they encountered made them stronger and made each victory sweeter
